Sarah has a wealth of HR and business experience spanning almost 3 decades. Having gained her skills in the UK and across the GCC she takes a very down to earth and human approach to HR, understanding the importance of both the employee and the employer in the relationship. Her ability to consider both sides of the relationship and provide accurate, relatable, business savvy guidance has often gained her the compliment of ‘not a normal HR person’. With an MBA in HR, CIPD qualifications and a Diploma in Hotel Management Sarah has a unique set of skills and expertise.
