With over 9 years of expertise in people development, 5 years in culture transformation, and holding a PHRi certification, Rami is not only an HR Trainer but also currently serves as an HR Consultant for Beyout Investment Group in Kuwait. Here, he spearheads Learning and Development, Culture Development, Employee Experience, and Employer Branding.

Outside his primary corporate responsibilities, Rami founded Primu Events, using his vast experience to collaborate with his team in bringing his clients' visions to life. He's also the co-founder of Syntax Digi. Alongside the Syntax Digi team, they enable clients to connect with their target audiences, elevate brand visibility, and secure meaningful results using advanced digital marketing strategies and innovative technology.
