“In a very young career in HR, Rahul Jain has got hand on experience in a lot of domains within HR. He has worked in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations and the major chunk of his experience has been in HR Transformation.

Right from the start of his career, he has been focused on driving process excellence by simplifying the manual processes and automating each and every process of an HR System right from Hire to Retire without any or very minimal Human Intervention.

In this regard, he has directly worked with the Head HR of Comviva Technologies in India and has been successful to automate the entire employee lifecycle which is run completely over tools and systems which do not require any extensive data inputs in the form of Human intervention.

From there on, he moved to take up a new challenge in UAE with the Jumbo Group as an HR Analyst and Automation lead. Currently, he is working on streamlining the HR processes here and is focused on deriving meaningful insights from HR Analytics that are fruitful in arriving to any management decisions.

Apart from his professional journey, he also is an International Rated Chess player who has represented the Country at various International Chess tournaments.”
