Dr. Partha is the Vice President - Head of Claims, Employee Benefits at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC).

Prior to joining ADNIC, Dr. Partha has held numerous senior positions at healthcare, insurance, and financial firms over a span of more than 20 years. His prior engagement was with Marsh and McLennan as Operations and Technology Leader, and Sukoon Insurance Company as SVP – Head of Claims. Prior to UAE, he has spent a decade in India working across various healthcare firms.

Dr. Partha holds an MBA specializing in finance and strategy from Bentley University, Boston, USA, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has done his MD in internal medicine.
