He holds a wealth of knowledge and experience in organizational development strategy, leadership programs, and career frameworks that he has successfully curated and implemented. An HR futurist, has actively deployed new technologies that advance the future of work and transform business processes to make them highly efficient.

As a Director of HR & Learning he currently leads a team focused on Talent acquisition, development, and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce (around 4000) while developing & implementing strategies to ensure that its well-grounded into the business process.
