Ms. Jennifer Varghese has over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Development. She has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organization.

She has worked with diverse industries - from multinationals, SMEs in sectors like construction, automobile, non-banking finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, etc. She has worked in multiple HR disciplines including manpower planning & recruitment, talent management and development, performance management, change management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, global mobility, employee engagement, employee relations, HR governance, administration, HR policy and processes, etc. as an HR Business Partner within the system as well as a Consultant.

She has always aspired to expand her learning curve and seek for opportunities to learn both on personal front and professionally. In 2012, she completed CIPD foundation in HR and later in 2015; she completed MBA – with specialization in HR & Strategy from XLRI, an elite business school in India. On personal front, she has completed Level 1 and 2 in counselling in 2019 from an institute in India – Anugraha that provided her opportunity to spend some practical hours of counseling sessions with teenagers and adults who needed help and support. Currently pursuing certification in Psychometric Assessment Professional – CPTP from HRCI and HR L&D Analytics and Metrics Professional – CHLAMP from HRCI.

At present, she is working for a manufacturing company in Dubai, Precision that has two business units – Engineering & Packaging and her scope involves end-to-end HR operations for UAE region as well for KSA.

She considers the greatest accomplishment of her career is the major contribution she has made in Talent Acquisition where she on boarded key and critical positions while ensuring focus on inclusion in terms of gender and nationalities. Job descriptions and employer brand are strong indicators of who will apply to your roles and your organisation culture plays a key role in retaining your critical talents.
