Priya is currently the Group Head of HR for Cim Financial Services Limited and have responsibility for Mauritius and Kenya and provides advisory services for other related company of the Group. Since 2019, she steered the Group people agenda including Merger and Acquisitions. Her strength is building talent pipeline from non-traditional channel, improving Employee Engagement, enabling leaders to improve overall employee wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion and leveraging technology to improve HR service delivery.

Priya has decades of experience in leading successful tier-one financial institutions flagship hotel brands and state of art private medical hospital. She has experience working in multiple jurisdictions and brings along extensive experience in leading large teams with different cultural backgrounds and in managing the breadth of people and talent issues and opportunities facing organisation.
