In 2020, the company expanded its scope by introducing Human Resources Outsourcing & Consultancy Services and Domestic Business Registration Services (Mauritius), aiming to offer more comprehensive and complementary solutions to organizations. Manisha's distinct focus remains on her core expertise in Human Resources, a field that resonates deeply with her passion.

As an entrepreneur dedicated to Human Resources, she aids companies in establishing or restructuring their HR departments. Her expertise spans People and Professional Development, Training, devising staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing Performance Appraisal Systems, and overseeing Performance Management Systems (PMS), among other HR responsibilities. With over 14 years of experience in Administrative and HR duties, she recognizes the pivotal role of an independent mediator in ensuring the organization's welfare. She strongly advocates for HR Outsourcing services, emphasizing the value of an external perspective in shaping the HR department's evolution in an organisation.

Her professional journey spreads over 20 years across diverse industries implying the Freight Forwarding, Aviation, ICT, and Administrative & HR fields. Starting humbly as a Customer Service Agent cum Receptionist at DHL (Mauritius) Ltd in 2002, she ascended from the operational to the tactical roles to reach the strategic leadership position. Previously, she served as the Group HR Manager at Cel Aviation Ltd, an airline and Cargo GSA in Mauritius. Additionally, she held the role of Managing Director at Amavia Ltd, specializing in Private Jet reservations and Medical Air Ambulance services worldwide. Her expertise extends to serving as Company Secretary for several Mauritian companies well.

In terms of education, Manisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources, and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizations. She also boasts professional qualifications in IATA, Software Applications, Project Leadership, Life Skills for Engineers, Social Media Marketing, Sustainable Development in Business, and possesses foundational knowledge in Blockchain for Developers.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Manisha is married to a supportive partner, Mr. Virish Kundoo, Head of Cloud at Infosystems AA Ltd. and is mother of two daughters, Trisha, Neisha, and a beloved pet dog named Simba, who brings joy to the family. Manisha is deeply passionate about art, creativity, and nature.
