With nearly two decades of professional experience and international exposure, Mr. Udhin has acquired in-depth knowledge in corporate governance, compliance, strategic, regulatory and legal matters in a multitude of jurisdictions. He worked closely with renowned US and EU entities, listed companies, hedge funds, private equity groups, law firms and very high net worth individuals on investment banking, commercial litigations, debt and corporate restructurings, asset recoveries, forensic investigations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Udhin has held key executive positions in his career with hands-on experience on strategic and operational matters.

Mr. Udhin is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional (ACG) from The Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland; an Estate Practitioner (TEP) from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and possesses a Master of Laws degree with merit (LL.M) in International Business Law and a bachelor’s degree with honours (BA) in Law and Management. He is also an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. Mr. Udhin is the Head of Governance, Risks and Compliance at the Economic Development Board of Mauritius.
