ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE

Mrs Beejiantee Malla Kaleechurn, former Human Resource Manager at the Ministry of Public Service, Administrative and Institutional Reforms , is a specialist in Performance Management System.

During her career of more than 43 years in the Government Service, she provided her services in several Ministries/ Departments of Government.

She holds a Diploma in Public Administration and Management, a Diploma in Personnel Management, a BSc. (Hons) Management with specialisation in Human Resource Management and a MBA in Human Resource Management with Knowledge Management.

She is presently a Resource Person for the Civil Service College, Mauritius and a Part- time Lecturer at the Open University, Mauritius.
