Anuja holds more than 15 years of experience in the human resources field, in various sectors such Hospitality, Banking and Business Outsourcing. Presently, she is working as Senior Human Resources Manager in an international network of companies.

During her extensive HR career, she has provided HR consultancy services for entities at local and African region. She was also employed by the Central Bank and by the One and Only Resorts in the UAE.

She also has a degree in Business Management and Economics, and a master's in international human resources management.
