"With more than 20 years of experience in various countries, industries, and departments, Annabelle Lonborg-Nielsen is currently heading the Human Resources, L&D, Quality & Risk, and Sustainability agenda for C-Care group.

With a passion for learning and for accompanying others in their growth journey, she came back to Mauritius in 2017 to join the textile cluster of Ciel Group and to set up the Corporate Leadership & Management Academy. During the pandemic in 2020, she decided to join the healthcare cluster of the same group to accompany those who want to have a positive impact on the life of others.

Annabelle continues today to dedicate part of her agenda to deliver training and to coach her peers, and to accompany C-Care in its growth journey in Mauritius, Madagascar, and Uganda."
